Sebagai salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan public, Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kota Salatiga diharapkan selalu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi untuk mendukung proses bisnis dalam melayani pelanggan dan masyarakat Kota Salatiga.

Dengan cakupan pelayanan yang terus bertumbuh, Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kota Salatiga menyongsong tantangan besar masa depan dengan terus melakukan inovasi dan peningkatan layanannya kepada pelanggan dan masyarakat menuju pelayanan yang prima dan berkelanjutan.

Perubahan dari PDAM menjadi Perumda Air Minum Kota Salatiga, berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Kota Salatiga Nomor 06 Tahun 2020 tentang Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kota Salatiga, tidak hanya sebatas peralihan nama dan identitas semata melainkan menjadi momentum bagi perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan layanan dari tahun ke tahun secara signifikan. 

Lebih dari itu, Perumda Air Minum Kota Salatiga juga mengoptimalkan potensi untuk membentuk dan mengembangkan kegiatan usaha lainnya, tanpa mengesampingkan pelayanan prima kepada pelanggan sebagai prioritas.
